Leadership Lessons For Your Business

Gettysburg was not just one of the most important battles on the Civil War; it was also by far the biggest and bloodiest battle ever fought in the United States.  Our Staff Ride over these hallowed grounds, led by Randall L. Rigby, Lieutenant General, US Army (Ret.), will bring the past and its leadership lessons alive in a relevant, dramatic way.

Leadership Of Gettysburg

Leadership Lessons of Gettysburg is not a study of military strategy (although it is discussed), but a series of personal interactions exploring the communication, decision making, problem solving, execution, and the need for imagination and courage in complex environments - be it war or running a business.

Exclusive ExperienceGettysburg Group

This compelling leadership experience is reserved for eight senior and C-level executives.  Just as the US Army uses Staff Rides to place students on an actual piece of terrain, confront them with an operational situation, and have them learn from the experience, you will re-examine the battle of Gettysburg and take the leadership lessons from both history and focused discussions back to your business.
